Ken Cousens again sits in for RJ Hender and is joined by members of the General Post Master Council for the general post office for The United States of America. The members of the Council are introduced by one of the Council members; Sam Germain and Keith Livingway give some background of the claim of the rural free delivery routes made by himself and Keith, the history and purpose of the post office. Ken, Keith and some of the Council members discuss the relationship between the post office and commerce; letters of credit, the State and trusts; liability; bankers and the splitting of title of currency, land, etc.; running a country without taxation; liquidating bills (assets); RuSA as an association and liability of trespass; the meaning of non-resident alien, status and standing; the right of self determination; recognition by the system; moving residency; basic steps to correcting status and standing and claiming the de jure State.
